At Zahra’s Grill, we take pride in preparing your food fresh and ensuring every customer experience meets our standards.
1. Online Orders

Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placement by calling us directly at (203-588-9726).

Once food preparation has started, cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds are processed at the discretion of management if food has not been prepared or delivered.
2. Catering Orders

Catering orders must be confirmed with a deposit.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled event will receive a full refund of any deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in a partial or no refund, depending on preparation progress.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an order is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
4. Payment Refunds
Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to your original payment method through Square within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
